Superior conditioned water allows you to reduce or eliminate alcohol and chemical subs in offset printing.

 

Superiorizing your fountain solutions substantially reduces surface tension and allows a reduction of alcohol and more efficient utilization of other chemicals used. It eliminates the need for the chemicals used as wetting agents.

 

Superiorized® water gives a more uniform fountain solution to the press. Some installations reduce water to the roller as well as ink. This treatment is effective with hard water, soft water and water that has been purified by methods such as reverse osmosis. The system also eliminates nozzle clogging and allows for faster cleanup in those systems that dampen their rollers with spray systems.

 

Maintenance: The Superior Water Conditioner® has no moving parts and requires very little maintenance. The conditioner should periodically be removed and backflushed with high pressure water to remove any ink or other material that may have collected in the chamber.
